A. Orders for pre-curtain are accepted up until 4 hours before the performance time. Orders for the first intermission are accepted up until 10 minutes before the performance start time. Orders for second intermission are accepted up until 10 minutes before the start of the second act.

A. Yes. By storing your credit card information with your Grand Tier registration information you can modify your order up to 48 hours before the day of the performance.

A. Space in both The Grand Tier Restaurant and Revlon Bar is limited. If you are unable to make a reservation using our automated web services, please call 212 799 3400, during the hours of 10 am-4 pm Monday-Friday, and inquire about additional availability for your performance date.

A: Pick up for Intermission Bar orders is available at the bars that offer enough space and staff to expedite the service process. These bars include Founders Hall/Concourse, Parterre, Revlon Bar (Grand Tier level), and Family Circle bars.
